NewHarp Productions was built by two childhood best friends who grew up sharing music, making memories, and finding joy in bringing people together. That history still shapes the way we show up today. We know every event has its own story, and we love helping bring that story to life through music, energy, and a packed dance floor. From wedding receptions and birthday parties to company and private events, we bring the kind of DJ entertainment that helps people relax, celebrate, and stay present in the moment.

Isaac Newsome
Co-Founder & DJHi, I'm Isaac, co-owner of NewHarp Productions. When I'm not behind the DJ booth, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, exploring new places, and making memories with the people who matter most.
I have a natural love for music, and what began as a hobby eventually grew into a business alongside one of my childhood friends. It's been an incredible journey ever since.
One of the things I love most about DJing is being part of life's biggest celebrations — whether it's a wedding, school dance, corporate event, or a special gathering with family and friends. There's something truly rewarding about seeing people come together, let loose, and create memories they'll talk about for years.
At NewHarp Productions, we believe great music does more than fill a room. It creates moments, brings people together, and sets the tone for unforgettable experiences. Nothing makes us happier than a packed dance floor and guests fully enjoying the moment. Our goal is simple: great music, great service, positive vibes, and an experience that lets you celebrate without worry.

Co-Founder & DJMy name is Mitchell Harper, co-owner of NewHarp Productions — a Black and veteran-owned DJ company created to bring professional energy, smooth coordination, and unforgettable memories to every event.
Music has always been more than sound to me. It is what brings people together, sets the tone, and turns a regular moment into something people remember. Whether I am DJing a wedding, school event, birthday party, corporate event, or private celebration, my goal is simple: keep the crowd engaged, keep the event flowing, and make sure everyone has a great time.
At NewHarp Productions, we believe every event deserves more than someone just pressing play. We bring professional sound, lighting, MC services, crowd interaction, and attention to detail from start to finish. Our motto is, “You get two DJs for the price of one,” because we believe in giving our clients more value, more energy, and a better overall experience.

Inspired by iconic artists like Kanye West, A Tribe Called Quest, Wu-Tang Clan, and Kendrick Lamar, Jazz curates a sound that effortlessly blends timeless classics with modern hits, creating an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and unforgettable.
Beyond the booth, Jazz is a devoted husband, father, and dog dad, bringing genuine warmth and intention into every event he's part of. Known as a true “host with the most,” he goes beyond just playing music — he reads the room, guides the energy, and makes sure every guest feels engaged.
At every wedding you'll find thoughtful, personal touches woven into the experience, including “I Wanna Dance with Somebody,” a timeless favorite he plays as a subtle tribute to his wife.
