Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 25, 2026     |     Last Updated: August 25, 2026

NewHarp Productions ("NewHarp Productions," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://www.newharpproductions.com/ (the "Site"), inquire about our services, or book a production with us, how we use that information, and the choices you have about it.

Our Site is hosted on the Squarespace platform. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you give us when you book a service, request a quote, or otherwise contact us. This may include:

  • Your name, business or organization name, email address, and phone number

  • Details about the project or service you are booking, including dates, locations, and any creative direction or materials you share with us

  • Any other information you choose to send us in messages, forms, or attachments

We do not collect or process payment card information through the Site. Any payment arrangements are handled separately, outside of this website.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically by our website platform and analytics tools, including:

  • Your IP address and general location (typically city or region level)

  • Browser type, device type, and operating system

  • Pages you viewed, the date and time of your visit, and how long you stayed

  • The referring website or search term that brought you to the Site

This information is collected in aggregate and is used to understand how the Site is performing. It is not used to identify you personally.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — and similar technologies to function properly and to help us understand how visitors use the Site. We use them to:

  • Allow the Site to operate correctly and remember your preferences and settings

  • Keep form and session information active as you move between pages

  • Measure site traffic and performance through Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics

Google Analytics is a service provided by Google that uses cookies to report on how visitors use the Site. You can learn more about how Google handles this data, and opt out of Google Analytics tracking, through the browser add-on Google provides for that purpose.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Please note that blocking cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working correctly.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is currently no industry standard for how sites should respond to these signals, and the Site does not respond to them at this time.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries, quote requests, and support questions

  • Schedule and manage bookings for our production services

  • Deliver the production services you have hired us for and communicate with you about your project

  • Send you messages related to your booking, such as confirmations, schedule changes, and project updates

  • Maintain business records, including accounting and tax records

  • Improve the Site, our services, and the client experience

  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or misuse of the Site

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate our business — for example, Squarespace (our website platform), Google Analytics, and our email and scheduling tools. These providers may access your information only to perform services for us and are obligated to protect it.

  • Production collaborators. Where a project requires it, we may share the details necessary to complete your booking with crew members, contractors, or vendors working on your production.

  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property or that of others.

  • Business transfers. If NewHarp Productions is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of any such change.

5. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. Our Site is hosted on Squarespace, which maintains its own security measures, including encryption of data in transit.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy the purposes described in this Policy. Client, project, and financial records are generally kept for seven years to meet accounting, tax, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or render it anonymous.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You have the following choices regarding your information:

  • Access and correction. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.

  • Deletion. You may ask us to delete your personal information. We may need to retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to complete a project already underway.

  • Marketing communications. If you receive promotional email from us, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us directly. You will continue to receive messages related to any active booking or project.

  • Cookies. You may manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, as described above.

To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11.

8. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Site may link to or embed content from third-party services — for example, video hosting platforms, social media profiles, or client websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site or service you visit through a link on our Site.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Where a production involves minors as participants or subjects, any information about them is collected from and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian as part of our production paperwork, not through the Site.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
